The summer started off with Noel taking a trip to visit her dear friend Amy in Austin (while Emme and dad had some serious daddy/daughter bonding time!). What a fantastic girls weekend with a fabulous friend! Not only did I get pampered with some long overdue girl time, but I got to sleep in for 3 whole days. What a dream :)

Tailgating at the A's game...then more fireworks. These fireworks were a tad louder than the ones on the deck at Grandma's, so dad & Emme enjoyed the show from the car :)

Then, a trip to the city while dad was away on his guys weekend. It was a day of firsts for Emily - her 1st ferry ride & 1st cable car ride!
