More Shower Fun

My long awaited girlie baby shower was in January & I had so much fun! Of course, pink & brown polka dots were in full effect & the weather was so perfect, we were able to sit outside most of the day. Susan & my mom really outdid themselves with all the creative decor, food & fun. Thanks for such a wonderful day, ladies!!!

Not only did I get to spend the day with all my girlfriends, but my sisters Amy & Sara came from far, far away to spend the entire weekend with me too, so it was even more special.

Me & BG were completely overwhelmed the whole weekend yet again by eveyone's generosity & support. And now that we have the baby carseat (among other things), they'll officially let us bring her home from the hospital. Yea!

Now if we could just finish her room in time...

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

A little late, but I wanted to get some of these festive pictures up. Since we spent almost 2 weeks in the Bay Area for Christmas this year, we felt like we really got a great chance to visit & catch up on the life & times of all the Yergo's. I just love seeing pictures of all the Yergo kids together :)

And, appropriately, it was a very pink & girlie Christmas Day. BG's already getting spoiled rotten by the Yergovich family!

New Years Eve was also the first time we met BG's soon-to-be little friends, Miss Catherine Drain & Mr. Jack Hoversen. We rang in the New Year with delish Mexican themed fun (many thanks to the Hov's) & a night full of the Train Game.

Then, we had our 1st official party for the little one, which was hosted by Moe's and, of course, fabulous. It was really fantastic to get to spend the evening with our delightful Bay Area crew. Thanks again to everyone for being so generous to us & BG. We can't wait to put all of our baby gear to the test!

All in all, it was a great trip & as always the time went by WAY to fast. Can't wait for our next visit when we get to introduce our new addition :)
