The girls have been enjoying walks around the neighborhood or to the store every morning. That is, when it's not 90 degrees out! Can someone please invent an air conditioning unit for a baby stroller?!

Hoppy Easter
We have been so lucky to have yet another holiday to celebrate so soon! We decided to go to church on Saturday night this year to avoid the crowds, and just keep it mellow for Easter Sunday at our place. We had so much fun dying eggs & hiding them for Em to find. Unfortunately, she fell asleep before everyone got here, so we didn't get to enjoy opening her Easter basket or the Easter egg hunt with the family. Let's face it, though, who are we to wake a sleeping baby!
We couldn't resist & did wake her later in the day to take a little video of the Egg hunt. She cried the whole time. She was not impressed. Maybe next year will be a little more successful :)
Here are a few pics from the weekend:

We started out the morning reading (and singing) Peter Cottontail.

The Easter Bunny left an egg in Emily's shoe! Yes - that's her little bum in the background.

Weekend Fun
Last Saturday marked a very special day for our little Em. Since she was 4 weeks old, we decided to take her for her 1st official adventure outdoors (to the Mall). She actually slept most of the time, but we still had still fun pushing her around. Then, we of course, ended the outing with a fashion show. I think she's still going to need a little time to grow into that skirt she picked out :)

We've also recently started putting in some morning workouts, or as we like to call it, Monkey Business. It's amazing how quickly Em is changing. She already follows things with her eyes & I swear she is starting to smile.
