One Exciting Weekend!

Emily was a busy little thing this weekend. On Friday, she started officially scootching across the floor! Not quite a crawl yet, but she's definitely on her way. She started using both her arms and legs to get things in front of her, instead of just rolling her way across the floor (which is what she's been doing for a few weeks now). I seriously thought she was going to skip crawling all together for her more preferred method of steamrolling.



Then, on Sunday we discovered her first tooth!!! She's been a little crabby lately, and waking up at 5:30am all week, so I guess we should've known. Tried to get a picture of Mr. Toothy, but she was understandably NOT in the mood to get pictures taken :)

Last but not least, she survived the first week with her DOC Band. We were terrified that she was going to have a hard time adjusting to it, given her current opinion of hats, but she barely even noticed she was wearing anything. What a trooper! 1 week down, 2 months and 3 weeks to go!
